Refund Policy

Because lipstick is a personal-use cosmetic product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the item you received. The photo should show the design name on the side of the tube and the shade name on the bottom.

We’ll review the information and help make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Please do not send an item back unless we have instructed you to do so. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
